1. Order Cancellation

Orders for digital products such as game skins can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order and before it is marked as "completed" or "delivered" in your Account. After the product is marked as completed or delivered, cancellations are no longer possible.
1.2. Conditions for Cancellation
To qualify for cancellation, the order must:
- Be within the 24-hour cancellation window.
- Remain in “pending” status (i.e., not yet completed or delivered).
- Not have been accessed or used within the game.
1.3. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your order:

- Wait for a confirmation email from our support team. This confirmation will serve as proof that your order has been successfully canceled.
1.4. Refund on Canceled Orders
If the cancellation request is confirmed and approved, any payments made for the order will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is applicable in cases where a product does not meet expectations due to technical issues or errors in delivery. It is not intended for standard order cancellations (see Order Cancellation).
2.1. Conditions for Refund
Refunds can be requested if:
- A technical error resulted in an incorrect or faulty product.
- You received a product different from what was ordered.
- The request is submitted within one week of order completion.
2.2. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:

3. Exceptions and Special Conditions
Refunds and cancellations will not be granted for:
- Purchases from third-party marketplaces.
- Promotional items, bonuses, or limited-time offers.
- Orders where the game skin has already been transferred, accessed, or used in the game.
- Discontent with the type or style of game skin.
3.1. Fraud Prevention
Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may not be eligible for refund or cancellation.
