These Terms outline the Terms and Conditions under which Dotablitz LTD, a company duly organized and established under the laws of England, bearing company registration number 16034065, and having its registered address at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT (“We”, "Company") will provide Services to You. The current Terms and Conditions establish the basis for visiting our website and ordering Services. By purchasing our Services, the User acknowledges that they have read and agreed to comply with our Terms and Conditions, which include our privacy policy. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not place any orders.

General Provisions

We offer a service for acquiring in-game items for Dota 2 (“Service”), which may include the purchase of various types of items, game enhancements, and battle tools specifically for this game. Our Services are provided to individuals, players, and businesses seeking diverse Dota 2 in-game items.

Order Placement and Payment Process

When the user (“User”) visits our website and wishes to place an order, he/she needs to create a Personal Account (“Account”), where they must provide personal information (name, email address, phone number, payment method). The User must top up his balance in the Personal Account on our website, after which he can make purchases using the balance that he topped up. After adding the product to your cart and placing your order, you can proceed to payment. All Services are paid at 100%.

Before completing the purchase, the User will have the opportunity to review and amend their order. Please ensure that you have carefully checked your order before confirming it. After payment, the User will receive access to the purchased item for Dota 2. By making a payment, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions and all other policies on our website.

When making a purchase, the User agrees not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If the payment method fails but access to the item has already been provided, the User agrees to pay the corresponding fees within 15 days of notification. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England. We reserve the right to demand payment and seek compensation from the client as necessary.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the card or Account of the User.

The User may request a refund only if the request is made within one week of completing the order. If this applies, please write to us at [email protected] and provide the reason for your refund request.

Please note that Dotablitz LTD does not issue refunds if you are unsatisfied with the type or style of the in-game item. Refunds are only provided in cases of error, such as receiving a different item due to a technical issue.
